Access from Hanoi is easy, with regular buses departing from Giap Bat, My Dinh, or Gia Lam bus stations (3-4 hour journey, starting from 367,000 VND).
For hiking enthusiasts, the region offers trails suitable for all levels. The ascent of Phia Po, requiring two days, represents a stimulating challenge for experienced hikers. Gentle walks in Bac Son Valley allow for a blend of cultural discovery and landscape contemplation.
