A simple recipe to make

Ingredients

heo-sa-gung- 500g of wild boar meat (shoulder or fillet)
- 3 stalks of lemongrass
- 1 piece of ginger (about 3 cm)
- 2 shallots
- 1 red chili
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- Vegetable oil

Preparation

1. Prepare the ingredients

   - Cut the wild boar meat into cubes.
   - Slice the lemongrass and ginger.
   - Finely chop the shallots and chili.

2. Marinade

   - In a bowl, mix the wild boar meat with lemongrass, ginger, shallots, chili, fish sauce, and black pepper. Mix the meat well to combine all the ingredients. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (ideally in the fridge).

3. Cooking

   - Heat a little oil in a pan.
   - Sear the marinated meat over high heat for a few minutes to lightly brown.
   - Transfer the meat to an ovenproof dish.
   - Pour a little water into the dish.
   - Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
