If you have an e-Visa, you can enter Cambodia via the Moc Bai - Bavet land border or by air. Unfortunately, the e-Visa is not accepted for boat trips between the two countries. If you opt for a visa on arrival in Cambodia, it will cost you US$35 per person. Make sure you have two passport-size photos to avoid extra charges. However, some officials may charge you an additional service fee ranging from US$1 to US$10. To simplify the procedure and avoid potential problems, you can apply for an e-visa online in advance. This visa will allow you a single entry and a maximum stay of 30 days.

Vietnam: During this period, most of Vietnam experiences dry and clear days. The dry season can be further divided into:

The busiest border crossing, Moc Bai - Ba Vet, is on the main bus route between Ho Chi Minh City and Phnom Penh. This is the most popular and convenient choice for most travelers.
Independent travelers often prefer the Vinh Xuong/Kaam Sammor crossing point because of the express boat services available. Other crossing points such as Tinh Bien/Phnom Den, Xa Xia/Prek Chak, and Thanh/O Yadao are more easily reached by motorcycle.
