Terms and conditions


BOOKING

 
- All bookings must be made via the reservation form featured on our website or via email to the address info[at]mrlinhadventure.com
- Response will be forthcoming within 48 hrs. Mr Linh's Adventures will confirm your booking request once the deposit (30% of the total cost) has been received.
- Note that for promotions and sales, 100% of the fee must be paid before confirmation, but the same rules regarding refunds apply. See next section for more details.
- The remaining 70% is due on the day of the visit for the Day Services
- In order to charge the due amount for full payment the day of the service we will need you to send us your credit card number and authorization for the transactions with their specified amounts via fax, email or phone at least 7 days prior to your tour.
- We accept full payment with VISA and MASTERCARD.
- Customized and bespoke tours require full prepayment 45 days before the beginning of the tour.
- All Prices and fares are quoted in USD. The total cost includes PayPal processing fee (5%). 
 
 

CANCELLATION FEES, MODIFICATIONS AND REFUND


photo-souvenir- Once you have paid your 30%, your trip is confirmed.
- Promotions and sales require the full 100% of the fee to receive a booking confirmation.
- For Promotions and sales, the same rules of cancellation and refunds apply.
- Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by Mr Linh's Adventures.
- No refunds are given in case of 'force majeure'.
- No refunds are given if the client leaves the program after it has begun for any reason whatsoever or miss any scheduled sightseeing or visit or no showing up.


SMALL GROUP TOURS:
- If cancelled up to 15 days before the tour starting date, free of charge.
- If cancelled 15 days or less before the tour starting date, 30% of the total amount is charged (deposit).
- If cancelled 7 days or less before the tour starting date, 55% of the total amount is charged (30% deposit + 25% late cancellation fees).
- If cancelled 2 days or less before the tour starting date, 100% of the total amount is charged.

PRIVATE SET TOURS:
- If cancelled up to 45 days before the tour starting date, free of charge.
- If cancelled 45 days or less before the tour starting date, 30% of the total amount is charged (deposit).
- If cancelled 15 days or less before the tour starting date, 55% of the total amount is charged (30% deposit + 25% late cancellation fees).
- If cancelled 7 days or less before the tour starting date, 100% of the total amount is charged.

PRIVATE CUSTOMISED TOURS:
- The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
- If cancelled 7 days or less before the tour starting date, 55% of the total amount is charged (30% deposit + 25% late cancellation fees).
- If cancelled 2 days or less before the tour starting date, 100% of the total amount is charged.  

COMMENTS, CLAIMS, SUGGESTIONS


While on tour please communicate your wishes and/or difficulties to our staff (on time). Our guides are very often the only ones who can really help you.
Please do not wait the end of the tour to make your comments or suggestions, or talk about what you feel, need or wish. No claims will be accepted if not mentioned to the guides.

 

INCLUSIONS


Mr Linh's Adventures clearly specifies what is included and not included in the tours.  Please make sure you are perfectly aware of this before booking a tour.
Mr Linh's Adventures reserves the right to modify booking procedures, terms and conditions and or/program prices at any time without notice.
