Accordingly, Da Nang International Fireworks Competition has been officially changed into Da Nang International Fireworks Festival held once a year by the People’s Committee of Da Nang City and Sun Group.
The highlight of DIFF 2017 is 5 fireworks performances by 8 teams from U.K, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Australia, Japan, China and Vietnam named Fire – Earth – Metal – Water – Wood held on the night of Sunday the 30th of April, 20th of May, 27th of May, 3rd of June, and 24th of June.
Along with the fireworks performances, many attractive auxiliary festivals will be organized in the framework of DIFF 2017 such as the Cham culture festival, the sculpture festival, the “Marble” International Cuisine Festival, the beer festival, several street festivals, and many more.
With many excellent programs and such a large scale, DIFF 2017 is expected to attract 2 million visitor arrivals to Da Nang during the 2 months of the festival.
Tonight, the first fireworks performance started at 20:15, on the 30th of April in Song Han - Danang crafted by the Vietnamese and Austrian teams and named FIRE!
